Mamo optimistic about two new films

National Film Award winning actress Zakia Bari Mamo is currently busy with the work of her two new films. DhakaLive has news that among the two films, she is playing the title role in Arun Chowdhury-directed first film Altabanu. Besides, she has completed the work of her other film Swapnabari directed by Tanim Rahman Angshu recently. In both films, actor Anisur Rahman Milon will be seen acting opposite her.
Mamo said about her new films, Altabanu is such a film that will be enjoyed by the audience in one sitting. In simple words, it would be a wonderful film. At the same time, Swapnabari would be another amazing film. I am very optimistic about both films. I have tried my best to portray my characters in the films appropriately.
However, Mamo has completed her one-decade journey in the showbiz. After becoming champion in Lux Channel i Superstar contest, Mamo started her journey in the media with her debut film Daruchini Dwip directed by Tauquir Ahmed on August 31 in the year 2007. The actress won the prestigious National Film Award for her maiden film.
