aamra networks to start trading on DSE from Oct 2

Trading of the shares of aamra networks limited will commence at DSE from October 2 under ‘N’ category, reports UNB.

DSE Trading Code for aamra networks limited is “AAMRANET” and DSE Company Code is 22649, as per Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) news release yesterday.

Earlier on June 13, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) of aamra networks at its 606th meeting to raise fund over Tk 56 crore through IPO.

After ending of application of IPO between August 6 and August 16, IPO Lottery result of aamra networks limited was published on September 7.

The IPO Lottery was conducted at the seminar hall of the Institution of Engineers (IEB), Ramna in the city.

According to aamra networks’ financial statement ended on December 31, 2015, its net asset value is around Tk 22 and five-year weighted average earnings per share is Tk 2.52.
