Fisheries and Livestock secretary Selina Afroz visited the former Kajaldigi enclave in Panchagarh and distributed 10 cows and five goats among the underprivileged people yesterday. She also released fish fry in a pond there. Debiganj upazila administration and livestock department jointly arranged the programme. Later, the secretary attended an opinion exchange meeting at Dinbazer. She said the present government wants to reach all kinds of facilities to all 36 former enclave citizens under Panchagarh district. Deputy commissioner Saleh Uddin, Debiganj upazila parishad chairman Hasnat Zaman Chowdary were present on the occasion.
