BUILD and UNDP Bangladesh have signed an agreement to coordinate their approaches towards sustainable green growth and environment-friendly business by facilitating public private dialogue (PPD), says a press release.
UNDP Bangladesh Country Director Pauline Tamesis and BUILD Chairman Asif Ibrahim signed the deal at UNDP secretariat in the capital recently.
The two bodies will also establish institutional mechanisms and form a joint working committee that will meet at a regular interval to support green growth and identifying regulatory issues hindering sustainability of green growth, the statement added.
