Khaleda Zia still hatching conspiracy: Nasim

BSS

Awami League presidium member and Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim today said BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda is involved in conspiracies till yesterday, reports BSS. Criticising recent remarks of Begum Zia that she got information that the present government would be toppled soon, he said, “There is a smell of conspiracy in her statement. Is the source of such news stays in London? Because, she is leaving  for London after making public about the hearsay before her tour.”
Mohammad Nasim, also spokesman of the Awami League-led 14-party alliance, said this while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion organised by Samyabadi Dal at the auditorium of the National Press Club marking the National Mourning Day.
Samyabadi Dal general secretary Dilip Barua chaired the discussion, also addressed, among others, by National Awami Party (NAP-Muzaffar) general secretary Enamul Haque and Bangladesher Samajtantrik Dal (BSD) convener Rezaur Rashid Khan.
Calling upon Khaleda Zia to refrain from the politics of conspiracy, Mohammad Nasim said, “Awami League pursues politics in public. On the contrary, BNP has been day-dreaming of going to power through conspiracy  till date.”
”There are two ways for change in power. The change in power of any democratic government is done through election and in case of the autocratic rulers, the change in power comes through mass upsurge. The present government is an elected one. So, it will hold polls after completion of its tenure in 2019. There will be no benefit in hatching conspiracy. BNP will be abolished if it continues to indulge in ill-practice of conspiracy,” the senior Awami League leader added.
Mohammad Nasim reiterated his call to the BNP to take preparations for the next national polls saying: Come to the field of election of 2019. People will decide who will be the winners by exercising their franchise.
