Saif Power Battery Bangladesh Premier League football will resume from October 2 with the matches of the ninth round after a 15-day interval.
The league committee of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) called off the league for 15 days due to national Under-18 football team’s participation in the ongoing SAFF championship in Bhutan.
However, the league committee in a meeting yesterday announced the schedule to resume the league for the rest three rounds of the first leg and date of the second window of inter-club players’ transfer and to start the 2nd leg.
In the meeting, presided over by the league committee chairman Abdus Salam Murshedi decided that the ninth round will start from October 2 while the window of the second leg players’ transfer will start from 15 and will continue up to November 10.
The second phase of the league will begin from November 13 while all the matches will be held at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
