Body of missing man recovered

HABIGANJ: A body of a man who went missing yesterday morning was recovered from Khwai River in the district, reports BSS.

The deceased was identified as Arzu Mia, 25, was an inhabitant at Poil village in Sadar upazila.

Local people said Arzu Mia went missing at around 9 am in the river Khwai during taking bath. On information, divers from Sylhet Firefighters recoverd his body.

Later the body was sent to Habiganj Sadar Hospital for autopsy. Deputy Director of Habiganj Firefighters Moniruzzaman confirmed the incident.
