Flood victims to get CI sheet

MYMENSINGH: District administration will distribute a total of 413 bundles of Corrugated Iron (CI) sheet among flood-hit people in five upazila of the district, reports BSS.

Seven upzilas of the district were badly affected by the recent flood that had severely destroyed T Aman paddy field, damaged dwelling houses and rural road networks.

Officials at District Relief and Rehabilitation Office (DRRO) told BSS today that the Ministry of Relief and Disaster Management has sanctioned 413 bundles of CI sheet for the flood affected people.

They said 150 bundles of CI sheet will be distributed in Dobaura upazila, 100 bundles in Haluagaht, 60 bundles in Phulpur, 40 bundles in Muktagachha and 63 bundles in Sadar upazila.
