Robber arrested in Laxmipur

Laxmipur: Police arrested an alleged robber along with arms and bullet from Bhatiyalpur area in Ramganj upazila yesterday morning, reports UNB.
The arrestee was identified as Md Nasir, son of Nur Mohammad, a resident of Mahdebpur village in Chatkhil upazila of Noakhali district.
Md Tota Miah, officer-in-charge of Ramganj Police Station, said that on secret information, a team of police conducted a drive in the morning and arrested him along with a LG and four rounds of cartridge.
Nasir was accused in several cases including murder and robbery, said the OC.
