Five BNP men sent to jail

Five BNP leaders, including Jessore Municipal Mayor Maruful Islam, were sent to Jessore central jail after their bail prayers were rejected a local court yesterday.
They surrendered before the Court of Senior Judicial Magistrate Abu Ibrahim and sought bail. The magistrate rejected the bail prayers and sent them to jail.
They are -- Mayor Maruf, BNP town unit president Golam Reza Dulu, district unit senior vice- president  Mizanur Rahman Khan, joint secretary  Delwar Hossain Khokon, district unit organising secretary Aninda Islam Amit.
