Natyakendra, one of the prominent theatre troupes in the country, staged their two audience-admired plays ‘Bondukjuddho’ and ‘Gadhar Haat’ at the National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the capital on Thursday evening. The play ‘Bondukjuddho’, based on ‘The Trap’ by Egyptian playwright Alfred Farag and ‘Gadhar Haat’, based on ‘The Donkey Market’ by Egyptian playwright Tawfiq al-Hakim--have been adapted and directed by Tariq Anam Khan.
