Mahmud to continue as manager till ICC T20

Former skipper Khaled Mahmud Sujon will act as the team manager of Bangladesh in the upcoming Test series against Australia.
The series, comprised two Test matches, is scheduled to start on October 9. Australia, led by their newly-appointed captain Steve Smith, are scheduled to arrive here in Dhaka on September 28, 10 days prior to the Test series.
Ahead of the forthcoming home series against Aussie, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is not thinking any alternative to him at the moment.
BCB president Nazmul Hassan Papon, MP, recently made it clear that the board is not mulling any change in the team manager post for the time being.
Khaled Mahmud will remain the team manager of Bangladesh in the next home series against Australia. We are not contemplating to alter him at the moment, the BCB president Nazmul Hassan said.
Even we are thinking to keep him till the next ICC World Twenty20. We will appoint a new but permanent team manager for the team after the conclusion of the tournament, Papon revealed.
Neighbouring India will host the next World Twenty20, running from March 11 to April 3 at different eight venues of the country.
Recently, former off-spinner Enamul Haque Moni alongside some others names were heard as the possible candidates for the Tigers team manager in place of Sujon.
