TV reality show ‘Meizan-Malaysian Pam Oil Shera Rondhonshilpi 2017’, one of the most popular culinary talent hunts in the country, was premiered at the ATN Bangla studio in the capital on Tuesday.
Starting from September 15, a total number of 13 episodes of the show will be telecast on ATN Bangla, once a week on every Friday at 7:45pm and will be repeat telecast on the next day morning.
ATN Bangla and ATN News Chairman Dr Mahfuzur Rahman, Editor of The Bangladesh Monitor Kazi Wahidul Alam, among others, spoke on the occasion. The launching programme was attended by the representatives from the sponsoring and partner organisations, programme planners and makers, as well as invited guests.
ATN Bangla and The Bangladesh Monitor are presenting the show for the fourth time. Meizan Fortified Palm Olein and Malaysian Palm Oil Council are playing the role of the title sponsors, while the show is being supported by National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI). Sharif Kitchen Star and Meena Bazar.
Based on around five thousand recipes, received from all over the country, 32 culinary artists were selected for the competition. This year, alongside the culinary celebrities, the jury panel comprised professional chefs from NHTTI, 5-Star hotels like Le Meridian Dhaka and Radisson Blue Dhaka Water Garden.
