Bangladesh will face another daunting challenge today when they will take on three times champions Japan in their second match in the ongoing AFC Under-16 football championship in Thailand.
Bangladesh, who went down to a rampant DPR Korea in their first match by 9-0, might be looking to bounce back from the heavy defeat.
But their bounce back will be certainly in terms of not conceding massive defeat, as Japan is also one of the heavyweights teams in Asia, so Bangladesh can only hope a improved result.
According to information from AFC and BFF, in the pre-match press conference Bangladesh head coach Golam Rabbani Choton said about the big defeat in the previous match.
“Now we have gained some experiences of playing the world’s top team, I think they should improve against Japan and be more comfortable.
“Our all players are physically sound, no injury problem in the team, tomorrow (today) everybody in the team will try to give their best effort, if the they can play their natural game, I believe we can make respectable result against Japan team.
