RANGPUR: Preparations have been completed to observe the National Mourning Day and 40th martyrdom day of Architect of Independence and Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman here on August 15, reports BSS. The district administration, Awami League (AL), its front organisations, socio-cultural and professional organisations, educational institutions, District Information Office and other government departments have chalked out elaborate  programmes to mark the day.
