Mayor Annisul improving

The condition of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq, who is now in a London hospital ICU, is gradually improving.

Director of Jago TV Abdul Nur Tushar, urged the people not to spread out rumor about him as he is still in ICU and he will be there for few more days as he needs monitoring.

Tushar said that the mayor is now under treatment at a neurological institute in London. Annisul, suffering from neurological problem (dizziness and lack of balance) for the last two months, was admitted to the hospital on August 13. He was then diagnosed with cerebral vasculitis at the hospital. The mayor flew to London in the last week of July to visit her daughter.

Tushar in his face book post said “Rubana, wife of Annisul Haque, his son and daughter, and me go to see him daily. Rubana Haque informed me that she made appointment with Annisul and talked with the doctors.”
