Yunnan commemorates Flying Tigers with studies and researches

A number of breakthroughs were made in Yunnan in the fields of excavation, research, and international communication and non-government exchanges on the US Flying Tigers’ during the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.

According to reports, Yunnan has set up the Yunnan Flying Tigers Research Association and the Yunnan Flying Tigers Museum, and made a large number of researches on the Flying Tigers.

The Yunnan Flying Tigers Research Association goes to different places in Yunnan to excavate the remains left by the flying tigers and discovered that the largest concentrations of remains were in Chenggong, Kunming. The Association has paid dozens of visits to flying tiger veterans and relatives and helped more than 200 of them find their loved ones. At the same time, they discovered the flying tiger’s cemetery and renovated it.
