Drug peddler held with yaba

Detective Branch of police in a drive arrested a drug peddler with huge contraband yaba tablets in Madarganj upazila of Jamalpur district early yesterday.

The drug peddler was identified as Madhu Miah, 35.

Police said acting on a tip off a team of the DB police led by Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Ziaul Islam conducted a raid in Dudhiagacha area and arrested Madhu Miah with 750 pieces of yaba tablets.
