Mohammad Jahangir Alam new DMD of Sonali Bank Ltd

Mohammad Jahangir Alam has been appointed as the deputy managing director of state-owned Sonali Bank Limited.

Prior to the appointment, he served as general manager of the local office of State-Owned Rupali Bank Limited.

Besides, he served as head of Dhaka Division South and North and Chittagong of Rupali Bank Ltd.  

Alam completed three years honors degree and one year master degree on Inter-national Relations from the University of Dhaka in 1982 and 1983 respectively.

He was born in Kushtia Sadar Upazila in 1962.
