Bangladesh rout Bhutan

Bangladesh were off to bright start in the South Asian Under-16 Basketball Championship when they trounced Bhutan 117-43 in their first math in Kathmandu yesterday. The winners were leading by 66-18 during the first half.

Seven south Asian nations- India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal and Bhutan are taking part on  a league basis tournament. Walton Group has been sponsoring the tournament using its Marcel brand.
