Walton recently announced the start of Walton Service Management System (WSMS), an online based post sales service at its 9 service centers in Dhaka, Chuadanga and Shariatpur, as a pilot project to further ease and modernise its after sales service, the company said in a press statement.
Walton also introduced traveling service points to provide swift and best after sales service to the customers of remote areas. For this service, Walton developed a webpage http:// support.waltonbd.com and a WSMS call center number 16267, the release added.
