Unidentified body found in Buriganga

KERANIGANJ: Police recovered a decomposed floating body of an unidentified young man from the Buriganga River in Kholamora Launch Ghat area of the upazila on Tuesday morning, reports UNB.

Md Alauddin, sub-inspector of Keraniganj Model Police Station, said that locals spotted the body of the young man, aged around 30, in the area adjacent to Sheikh Jamal Government High School around 11:00 am and informed police.

Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Sir Salimullah Medical College and Hospital for an autopsy.
