3 killed in Cox’s Bazar road crash

Three people were killed and 20 others injured as a bus carrying picnickers overturned on Chittagong-Cox’s Bazar highway in Ramu Upazila here on Monday morning. 

The identities of deceased could not be known yet. 

Witnesses said the picnic bus carrying 30/35 people turned turtle in front of Ramu Health Complex at 7.00am, leaving three people dead on the spot and 20 others injured.

Fifteen of the injured were admitted to Ramu Upazila Health Complex.

Later five critically injured passengers were sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital for better treatment. UNB
