Three-day PID workshop begins

BSS

A three-day foundation training course for local journalists organised by Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB) began at the local circuit house lounge yesterday morning, reports BSS. Director General of PIB Md Shah Alamgir inaugurated the training course as the chief guest while ADC (ICT& Education) Dr  Abu Naim Md Abdus Sabur and BSS Correspondent of Faridpur Prof Md Shahjahan were present as special guests.  Parvin Sultana Rabbi, trainer of PIB chaired the inaugural session. A total of 35 local journalists from various print media are participating in the training course.  The second day’s training will be held for journalists of different electronic media.
