Police asked to submit probe report Oct 10

The court here today fixed October 10 for submission of the probe report in the case relating to Holey Artisan attack at Gulshan in the capital, reports BSS.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurunnahar Yesmin passed the order as investigating officer of the case, Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) inspector Humayun Kabir failed to submit probe report yesterday.

The court earlier asked the CTTC to submit probe report of the Gulshan Holey Artisan Caf attack by August 27. The court earlier gave several times to submit the report.

On July 1, 2016, some neo-Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) operatives carried out terrorist attack on the Holy Artisan Cafe.
