Lecture on Bangabandhu held at UGC
A memorial lecture on the life and works of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was held on Thursday at UGC auditorium, says a press release.
UGC organised the memorial speech to mark the National Mourning Day. Professor Dr. Atiur Rahman, former Governor of Bangladesh Bank spoke on the occasion. UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan presided over the function.
Dr Md. Khaled, Secretary, UGC, gave the vote of thanks on the occasion. Md. Kamal Hossain, President of UGC Officers Association and Md. Anowar Hossain, President, UGC Karmachari Union spoke on the occasion.
