HC stays trial proceedings of 5 arson cases against Falu

The High Court yesterday stayed the trial proceedings of five arson cases filed against BNP leader Mosaddek Ali Falu, reports UNB.
The court also issued a rule asking the authorities concerned to explain why the proceedings of this cases would not be quashed.
An HC bench comprising Justice Miftah Uddin Chowdhury and Justice ANM Bashir Ullah passed the orders.
