A five-day crafts exhibition organised by Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) began in the capital, reports BSS.
BSCIC chairman Begum Parag inaugurated the exhibition as the chief guest at its Motijheel head office.
Chief Designer Begum Monowara Khatun gave the welcome address at the function with BSCIC director (design and marketing) Md Rezaul Karim in the chair.
Begum Parag called for producing quality products and assured to provide support to the entrepreneurs to this end.
Different types of products are being displayed at 56 stalls at the exhibition.
The exhibition will remain open to all from 10 am to 5 pm every day, ending on August 24.
