Khaleda disqualifies herself from democracy, dialogue, polls: Inu

BSS

President of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JASHOD) and Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu paid rich tributes to Amir Hossain Bachchu, a leader of his party who died recently, reports BSS. The minister said that whoever is in politics and whatever is his political affiliation, he used to pay respect to dedicated political workers and the Liberation War and all other nationally settled issues.

Inu said that by disregarding Bangabandhu as Father of the Nation and celebrating her fraudulent birthday, Khaleda reflected a perverted mentality.

He said by ignoring the genocide of 1971 carried out by the Pakistan Army and aligning herself with war criminals and militants, Khaleda Zia had disqualified herself from democracy, dialogue and elections.

The minister was speaking at a meeting at Shaheed Col. Taher auditorium in the city today.

Inu said that the settled issues of the nation like the defeat of the Pakistan Army in 1971, defeat of military rulers in Bangladesh cannot be overturned.

Those who were upholding the residue of the Pakistani and military rulers were enemies of democracy and Bangladesh. They are continually conspiring against the nation and its democratic order, he added.

Every time they get an opportunity they try to subvert democracy, said the minister, adding that he announced that the leaders and workers of his party would never allow such efforts to succeed.

Dr. Rakibul Islam Litu, other leaders of JASHOD and its affiliate organizations also spoke on the occasion.
