BTI fair offers affordable apartments

Building Technology and Ideas Ltd (bti), a local real estate company, has arranged a four-day fair for showcasing its project ‘Shopnobilash’, the company said in a press statement yesterday.

The project located at Nabinagar, Savar is offering modern apartments to the middle-income people with prices between Tk 35 lacks to Tk 55 lacks.

The fair will be held at bti Celebration Point in Gulshan, Dhaka on August 5 and 6 while it will he held at Nabinagar in Savar on August 11 and 12.

The fair will hold various offers including Tk 3 to Tk 5 lakh down payment, free gift voucher of Tk 50,000 and insurance coverage, the statement added.

 Shopnobilash, situated over 90.75 kathas, comprises of 228 units in 7 towers. The apartment size ranges from 783sft to 1308sft, the statement added.
