A Bangladesh national was recently shot dead by terrorist in a town of Saudi Arabia along with three other foreign nationals, Bangladesh Embassy in Riyadh said yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as Alamgir Hussain, 47, from Faridganj upazila of Chandpur, according to a press release forwarded by the embassy.
Alamgir Hussain, bearing passport no BH0457527, was shot dead by terrorists along with three other foreign nationals on July 27 in Katif, a town in eastern Saudia Arabia, it said.
The body of the deceased was kept at the central hospital in Dammam and arrangement will be made to bring back the body after the completion of all relevant formalities, the release said.
The embassy is in constant touch with the authorities concerned in this regard, it added.
