Former Bangladesh captain Khaled Mahmud Sujon’s condition is stable at the moment and will be assessed today after which the detail update on him will be revealed.
“According to BCB physician Dr Monirul Amin who is currently in Singapore, Khaled Mahmud Sujon is stable and is receiving care in the ICU of Gleneagles Hospital. He will be assessed again tomorrow morning by the specialists at hospital,” the BCB said in a statement.
Mahmud, also the BCB director and the chairman of Game Development Committee was sent to Singapore on Monday night to have a better treatment after he was hospitalised with critical condition. Sick since Saturday night, he was admitted to United Hospital in Dhaka’s Gulshan on Sunday.
He went into coma on Sunday evening when he was shifted to the intensive care unit. Hours after the life support was taken out as he started responding. But since the condition is still in danger, the BCB decided to send him at the Gleneagles Hospital in Singapore.
