Chittagong: Two dock workers died while unloading wood from a vessel at Chittagong port on Monday night, reports UNB.
The deceased were identified as Atik, 52, and Khorshed, 50, hailing from Noakhali.
Rabiul Islam, sub-inspector of Chittagong port Police Station, said that Atik and Khorshed fell down from the stair while they were unloading imported wood from the vessel which came from Africa at night and died on the spot.
On information, police recovered the bodies from the spot on Tuesday morning.
