Youth killed by lightning

A young man was killed and three others injured in a lighting strike at Char Khoribari village in Dimla upazila of Nilphamari yesterday morning, reports UNB. The deceased was identified as Yunus Ali, 35, a resident of the village. Locals said Yunus the three others were struck by lightning while he was harvesting jute at a field in the village, leaving Yunus dead on the spot and the others injured. Abdul Latif Khan, chairman of Khoribari union parishad, confirmed the incident.
