Outgoing Turkish envoy meets president

Outgoing Turkish Ambassa­dor to Bangladesh Huseyin Muftuoglu met President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban yesterday, reports UNB. During the meeting, the President thanked the envoy for his role in developing bilateral relations during his assignment in Bangladesh, President’s Press Secretary Joynal Abedin said. Abdul Hamid called for a joint-venture investment, particularly in apparel and pharmaceutical sectors.
