Robber injured in Khulna gunfight

An alleged robber was injured in a reported gunfight with police in Daulatpur area of Khulna city early yesterday, reports UNB. The injured was identified as Delwar Hossain, 30, son of Nuru Patwary, accused in several robbery cases. Humayun Kabir, officer-in-charge of Daulatpur Police Station, said that on secret information, a team of police conducted a drive in Kolpataru market while a gang of robber was planning to commit robbery.
