HC orders to close down unregistered factory boilers

The High Court (HC) yesterday ordered the authorities concerned to close down unregistered boilers in different factories across the country within 60 days, reports BSS. A High Court division bench comprising Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury and Justice Md Iqbal Kabir passed the order asking Ministry of Industries to inspect all such factories using boilers, ensure their registration and submit a compliance report by September 30.
