‘Technical training improves skill toward economic successes’

RANGPUR: Technical training always improves skill, expertise and practical knowledge of any person leading toward achieving economic successes to lead better life in the society, reports BSS.

The observation came at inaugural ceremony of a five-week technical training course for male Ansar-VDP members on ‘Repairing and maintenance of mobile phone sets’ at Mahiganj Regional Vocational Training Centre here on Tuesday afternoon.

The course is being arranged for minimum SSC passed male Ansar-VDP members of the 18 -35 year age group under its Training Programme to turn them into skilled workforce for achieving self-reliance through income generation activities.

Twenty-four male Ansar-VDP members from Rangpur, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Naogaon and Chapainawabganj districts are participating in the course to enhance their skills and expertise on mobile phone repairing and maintenance.

Rangpur Divisional Range Director of Ansar-VDP Kazi Shakhawat Hossain attended the ceremony as the chief guest with Deputy Director and District Commandant of Ansar-VDP Md Abdus Samad in the chair.

Rangpur Circle Adjutant of Ansar-VDP Md Rezaul Islam, Departmental Training Officers Md Saiful Islam and Md Abdul Hye, External Technical Trainers Akmal Hossain Shimu and Mishelur Islam, among others, addressed the ceremony.
