Man killed in road crash

A man was killed and 20 others were injured in a road accident at Azimuddin in Doulatkhan upazila of the district yesterday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Chapal Hawlader, 35. Police said the accident occurred when a bus fell into a roadside ditch in the area at about 9 am after its tire punctured, leaving bus passenger Chapal dead on the spot and 20 others injured.
The injured were sent to Sadar Hospital.
