Ex-enclave people to get agri loan

The inhabitants of 111 enclaves that have already been integrated into the mainland is going to get agriculture loan, reports BSS.
Bangladesh Bank (BB) yesterday issued a directive to all the scheduled banks to distribute agriculture loan among the people of the areas which are now part of Bangladesh as per the Bangladesh-India land boundary agreement yesterday.
In the directive, the BB said it has taken the decision to ensure overall economic development, optimum uses of land and rights of the people as well as expand the agriculture activities in the areas.
The BB has incorporated the directive with the circular no-4 that issued on July 27.
