Bikroy.com joins �HeForShe� movement

Bikroy.com, one of the leading online market places in the country, has joined the HeForShe movement to promote gender equality in the workplace, says a press release.  
HeForShe is a solidarity movement for gender equality developed by UN Women to engage men and boys as advocates and agents of change for the achievement of gender equality and women’s rights.
HeForShe was launched in New York at the United Nations Headquarter by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka and acclaimed actor and UN Women Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson.
The movement focuses on 60/40 male/female employee ratio by the end of 2016, mandatory training on gender equality in the workplace and late night transportation to ensure safety and security for female employees.
