UGC chief leaves for India

UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan left Dhaka for India on Friday to attend the meeting of 18th SAQS (South Asian Quality Assurance System) Committee, reports UNB. The meeting is scheduled to be held on June 24 in University of Hyderabad, India, said a press release of UGC. He will attend the meeting at the invitation of Association of Management Development Institution in South Asia.
He is expected to return home on June 28.
