Shawnewaz Kakoli�s �Nodijon� to premiere on Eid Day

National Film Award-winning director Shawnewaz Kakolis new film titled Nodijon will be released on the day of Eid. Produced by Impress Telefilm, the film is based on the story by Jahurul Huq and Emon Saha has directed the music of the film.
Shawnewaz Kakoli has written the screenplay and the film stars Pran Rai and 2013 National Film Award-winner in the Best Actress category Sharmimala. The rest of the cast of the upcoming film includes Mamunur Rashid, Nirob, Toma Mirza, Shafik Mona, Momena Chowdhury, Ripon, Biplob Prasad, Rifat Chowdhury and Tokai Sagar, among others.
The film will be premiered on Eid day at 2:30 pm on Channel i and from the same day, it will also be screening at the Blockbuster Cinemas of Jamuna Future Park.
The movie will centre on the lives of the people living around the riverside.
To note, Nodijon was the only film from Bangladesh to be screened at the closing day of the Geneva International Oriental Film Festival in March this year.l
