Popular artistes Sayed Babu and Mumtaheena Chowdhury Toya are sharing the screen together as siblings in the drama serial titled ‘Shesh Valo Jar’ on Bangladesh Television (BTV).
Written and directed by Rakesh Basu, the serial is being aired every Tuesday to Thursday at 9.30 pm since the end of last month.
The drama revolves around various incidents in the life of the two siblings.
According to Sayed Babu, ‘Shesh Valo Jar’ is getting a positive response from the audience. “Apart from writing an amazing script, Rakesh Basu is directing this drama with a lot of care. All of us are doing our part accordingly,” he said.
“I’m playing the character of Chumki. We’re getting a positive feedback from the viewers. Both the story and Rakesh Basu’s direction are incredible. I’m very happy to work with some distinguished artistes here,” he added.
Apart from ‘Shesh Valo Jar’, Sayed Babu is also focusing on big screen projects. He will soon begin his shoot for Tanim Rahman Angshu’s film ‘Free’ and a movie of Raj Chakraborty from Kolkata. l
