‘Sera Radhuni 1422’ set to start in new manner

‘Sera Radhuni’, a reality show that is based around finding the best culinary artistes in Bangladesh, will start in a new manner this year for the fourth time. Like always, Square Food & Beverage Ltd.’s renowned brand ‘Radhuni’ will be acting as the title sponsor of the show. The announcement regarding the launching of the show was made yesterday through a grand ceremony held at the Surma hall room of the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel. Square Food & Beverage Ltd.’s managing director Anjan Chowdhury along with high-ranking officials of Square Food & Beverage Ltd. and Maasranga Television were present at the ceremony. Anjan Chowdhury delivered the keynote speech.
Starting from September 22, the registration for ‘Sera Radhuni 1422’ will remain open until October 25. Any Bangladeshi citizen over 18 years of age can take part in the competition. The contestants will be chosen from all over Bangladesh. Some of the country’s best cooking and marketing experts will form the panel of judges. The contestants will face challenges that test their cooking, character, sales expertise, leadership skills, management skills, situational awareness and wit. Initially 30 culinary experts will be chosen for participation in a grooming round. From there, 21 participants will be selected to compete in the studio rounds. After a two-month long intense competition involving dynamic challenges, the ‘Sera Radhuni 1422’ will be chosen. The winner will receive the staggering grand prize of one and a half million taka. While the first and second runner up will get one million taka and five hundred thousand taka respectively.
Interested contestants are requested to send one of their own recipes, three copies of 3R sized photographs and the answers to certain questions to the following address: Shera Radhuni 1422, Square Center, 48 Mohakhali B/A, Dhaka 1212.
