Masjid al-Aqsa head Imam to lead jum’a prayers at Gulshan mosque

Shaykh Ali Umar Yaqoub Abbasi, the head Imam and Khateeb of Bait ul-Muqaddas (Masjid al-Aqsa) in Jerusalem, the first qiblah of Muslims, will deliver important sermons at Gulshan Society Jame Masjid on Road 63, Gulshan 2 in the capital on February 2, Friday. A press release of Gulshan Society Jame Masjid said Shaykh Ali Umar Yaqoub Abbasi will lead the jum’a prayers at the mosque on that day and invited all Muslims to join. Yaqoub Abbasi came to Bangladesh on last Friday in a week-long visit. He will take part in different religious congregations in Sylhet, Maulvibazar and Dhaka.
