It is therefore important to pamper your body, including pedicure sessions that are essential for our feet. However, nowadays we are occupied with our busy schedules, which doesn't allow us to take proper care of ourselves. Travelling in the heat and dust leaves our feet dry and tired.

1. The sweet scrub
All you need is some brown sugar, baking soda and olive oil. Brown sugar is a sweet wonder that is ideal for body scrub. Mix all these ingredients and make a scrub. Apply it on your feet and rub it thoroughly. The rubbing of the scrub will help to exfoliate your skin and the oil helps to lock in the moisture that keeps your feet soft and glowing. After scrubbing, let it stay on your feet for sometime. After which you can rinse your feet with water. It is a simple yet effective way to enhance the beauty of your feet.
2. Coffee and coconut oil scrub
Coffee is really effective for treating tanning and brings a natural glow to your feet. Coconut oil accelerates healing and regulates the production of new cells. It is really beneficial for cracked skin. Mix both the ingredients according to your need and you can also add brown sugar to it. Rub the mixture on your feet especially on the rough parts before rinsing it off with warm water. It will make your feet smooth and shining. Your feet will regain the moisture with this simple scrub.
3. Aloe vera and honey scrub
Aloe vera is a cure to all your problems. It is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. It regulates healing and nourishes your feet. Honey also helps to moisture your skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of honey and aloe vera gel in a bowl. You can also add camphor oil and bath salt in it for better results. Camphor oil helps to treat dead skin cells and heals rash. 4. Lavender and sea salt scrub
