First ever collaboration of Tisha and Shamim

The duo share screen in Woman’s Day tele-drama

National Film Award-winning actress Nusrat Imrose Tisha and renowned YouTuber-actor Shamim Hasan Sarkar have shared screen for the first time. The duo will appear in a special tele-drama titled ‘Chelera Emoni Hoy’ on the occasion of International Woman’s Day. The tele-drama has been written and directed by Imraul Rafat.

DhakaLive has news that the shooting of the tele-drama was completed recently.   

In the drama, Tisha will play the role of Tithi while Shamim will be seen in the role of Saurav.

Regarding ‘Chelera Emoni Hoy’, the director informed that it is a comedy-drama. However, there will be a message for the audience at the end of the drama.  

About her involvement in the drama, Tisha said, “To tell the truth, I work in any drama project only if the story and character attract me. On that note, ‘Chelera Emoni Hoy’ really attracted me with its story. Now, it is up to the audience whether we did justice to the characters and the plot. Because we work to entertain the audience.”

“Nusrat Imrose Tisha is one of my favorite artists. I really enjoyed working with her. She cooperated with me to portray my character as lively as possible. I don’t know whether the audience would like our drama or not, but I wish to work with her in different projects in the future”, said Shamim on his part.

The tele-drama ‘Chelera Emoni Hoy’ will be aired on March 8 on Banglavision and Global TV Online at the same time.
