Humaira Himu to direct reality show

Popular actress Humaira Himu is going to add a new feather to her cap as she is set to direct a reality show.
DhakaLive has news that the actress is going to direct the reality show titled BD Singer of the Nation. With the slogan Muktir Ullashey Bangla Gaaner Protijogita, the two-day audition of the reality show would look for budding singers in the country.
The audition will take place from 8am to 8pm from today and tomorrow at the Central Public Library in Shahbagh of the capital.
For the first time in my life, I have taken up such an important responsibility. This is going to be a challenging task. I am grateful to the organisers for having trust in me. I hope we will be able to find some talented singers through this show, Himu said.
Organised by Turjo-Tani Safe House, the reality show BD Singer of the Nation will continue for three months at different levels. The winner of the show will receive Taka five lakh and other competitors will get exciting gifts.
The Himu-acted drama serial DB is being telecast on ATN Bangla, while Chhaya Bibi and Comedy 420 are being aired on Boishakhi TV regularly.
