Arastoo Khan resigns from Islami Bank

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) chairman Arastoo Khan today reigned on his personal ground. 

The resignation of Arastoo Khan was accepted at a board meeting of the bank today and the meeting also approved the appointment of Dhaka University professor M Nazmul Hassan as new chairman, an IBBL official told on Tuesday. BSS.

Dr Hassan started his career as a lecturer in Dhaka University in 1975. 
Then he completed his MS and PhD in development economics. 

Thereafter he was appointed as professor at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science of the university in 1993.
